1.1. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, during promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.

1.2. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order for shipment and is separate from the estimated delivery time.

1.3. Once an order has been processed and transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, the delivery of the package will be subject to the carrier's transportation and delivery procedures.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

2.1. Desire For Peace offers worldwide shipping. Orders may be shipped to domestic and international destinations where delivery services are available.

2.2. The availability of a particular carrier, shipping method, and estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination, local postal infrastructure, customs requirements, and other circumstances associated with the delivery location.

3. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

Desire For Peace offers free standard shipping on orders placed through our website, unless otherwise indicated at checkout or in connection with a particular product, destination, promotion, or shipping option. If expedited, priority, or other optional shipping services are made available, additional charges may apply and will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

4. SHIPPING CARRIERS

4.1. Orders may be shipped using DHL eCommerce, USPS, ePacket, or another appropriate shipping or postal service depending on the customer's location and the fastest or most suitable service available for the destination.

4.2. Desire For Peace reserves the right to select or change the carrier or shipping service used to fulfill an order when reasonably necessary to facilitate delivery.

5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

5.1. The typical estimated delivery time is approximately 3 - 5 business days after shipment. However, this timeframe is an estimate only and may vary depending on the specific delivery destination, carrier availability, local postal services, customs procedures, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances affecting transportation.

5.2. International orders or deliveries to remote or less accessible locations may require additional delivery time.

5.3. Processing and delivery estimates do not constitute a guarantee that an order will arrive on a particular date.

6. ORDER TRACKING

6.1. All shipped orders include a tracking number whenever tracking services are available for the applicable shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive the relevant tracking information so they can follow the progress of their shipment.

6.2. Tracking information may require additional time to become active after the package has been transferred to the carrier. Updates displayed through a carrier's tracking system are provided and controlled by the applicable carrier.

Although we make reasonable efforts to process orders promptly, packages may experience delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing, postal or carrier delays, transportation disruptions, severe weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

8.2. Desire For Peace is not responsible for carrier or customs delays that occur after an order has been properly transferred to the shipping provider. However, customers may contact us if they experience a significant delivery issue so that we can provide reasonable assistance in reviewing the shipment status.

9. SHIPPING ADDRESS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

9.1. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address when placing an order. Customers should carefully review their shipping information before completing the purchase.

9.2. If a customer discovers an error after placing an order, they should contact Desire For Peace as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

9.3. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.

10. LOST, UNDELIVERABLE, OR RETURNED PACKAGES

10.1. If tracking information indicates an unusual delay or a package appears to have been lost in transit, customers should contact Desire For Peace so that we may review the circumstances and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier inquiry or claim.

10.2. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or failure to complete required customs procedures may require additional shipping arrangements before they can be sent again.

10.3. Any replacement, reshipment, refund, or other remedy will be evaluated according to the circumstances of the shipment and any applicable refund or return policies.

11. PRE-ORDERS AND LIMITED-QUANTITY PRODUCTS

11.1. Desire For Peace may offer pre-orders for limited-quantity T-shirts, sweaters, sweatpants, and other apparel. Pre-order products are purchased before they are available for immediate shipment and therefore may be subject to different processing and shipping timelines than products currently in stock.

11.2. Any estimated availability, production, or shipping timeframe for a pre-order will be communicated through the applicable product page, checkout process, order confirmation, or other notice made available to the customer.

11.3. Estimated pre-order dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production schedules, inventory availability, supplier delays, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11.4. If an order contains both available merchandise and pre-order merchandise, the products may be shipped together when the pre-order items become available or separately, depending on inventory and fulfillment arrangements.
