Return & Exchange Policy
At Desire For Peace, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we're happy to assist guidelines below:
Returns & Exchanges - Desire For Peace Collection
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at dfp@desireforpeace.store within 14 days of placing your order. For pre-order items, the 14-day period begins when your order is received.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
Tags must be attached, and the product should be in its original packaging
• Returns must include any authenticity cards, dust bags, or additional packaging
NOTE: If an item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to return it to you.
Important Notes:
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We currently do not offer free
returns.
We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
If an item is found to be damaged or dirty upon inspection, we reserve the right to send it back to you without a refund.
Exchanges & Refunds
• Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us within the 14-day return window. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Store Credit: If you prefer, you can opt for store credit to use toward your next purchase.
Custom Orders - Create-Your-Own Collection
Custom-made products are final sale and non-refundable as they are made to your specifications.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately.
• Goods are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
• Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Resolution Options:
We will first attempt to repair or replace the item.
If repair or replacement is not possible, you are entitled to a full refund.
